iDezign offer a unique range of design and fit-out packages that can be tailored to meet all client requirements. iDezign can design, supply and manufacture, project manage and install all elements of a commercial or residential interior. We provide expert design services paired with an experienced project management and fit-out team. Our unique approach allows our clients to control their initial cost outlay through a staged design process. Our experienced in-house design team would be delighted to meet any potential client to discuss their vision and how to turn it into a reality.
Design Package
First impressions have an amazing ability to stimulate response. Therefore, initial concept development must be afforded the creative expertise to achieve a true representation of the client’s vision. Our conceptual design package breaths life into what previously existed as a broad undefined idea. We encourage our client’s participation in the design concept process while providing our extensive expertise and creative vision.
The importance of realising the concept cannot be understated. iDezign ensure the concept design furthers the client’s initial vision and achieves the desired impression. Our design team devise a unique and tailored design concept by researching the business activity or preferred residential styling of each client.
Our Design Package contains the following:
- Client meeting and site survey
- Draught AutoCAD plans
- Spatial planning & preliminary elevations
- Colour Rendered Image and/or Mood boards
- Concept proposal presentation
- Budget advice
Tender Package
With a design concept visualised, spatially planned and drafted a precise budget is required. Fit-out costs vary greatly and are subject to specifications and finishes. To obtain an accurate project estimate each contractor will require a detailed drawing pack specific to their quotation requirements. iDezign produce professional Ready to Tender Packages for contractor quotation.
The content of the Tender Package contains a comprehensive drawing pack including manufacturing and specification detail enabling our clients to invite tenders from independent contractors should they wish to do so. iDezign will also provide a detailed quotation for the entire fit-out, which will include the iDezign Project Management & Fit-out Package.
Our Tender Package contains some or all of the following:
- Full tender ready drawing pack
- Specification detail
- iDezign detailed quotation document
- 3D visualisation or photomontage (optional)
Fit-out Package
At this stage the initial concept has been approved, the project costing agreed and the fit-out contract awarded. iDezign have experienced project managers and site supervisors to plan and control every aspect of the fit-out ensuring on-time delivery within budget. Prior to site launch meticulous planning, scheduling and site pack preparation prove invaluable to the seamless fit-out operation. We ensure that our client’s vision developed at design concept stage is delivered to their expectations.

- Product research & manufacturing
- Project scheduling & contractor management
- Project financial management & administration
